Our personal training sessions are composed of strength exercises (compound movements), based on superset training for faster muscle growth and isolated movements to polish and define the shape of your muscles.

Every minute counts in our 45-minute workout as you will be doing core-burning exercises in between supersets or as a finisher.

Within a short period of time you will achieve better gains in strength, speed and fitness than with a comparable bodybuilding routine

Always remember the #1 rule : There is no fitness without cardio, and in the end, what is more important than a healthy heart?

Boxing / Kickboxing personal training sessions are also offered and taught with the highest standard of equipment and are available both in a fully equipped gym in Potts Point or at the iconic Rushcutters Bay Park.
