Vamos Fit offers 60-minute intense Boxing / Kickboxing group fitness classes and strength & conditioning personal training sessions.

Our group fitness classes engage the mind and body by channeling the fundamentals of a true fighter workout.

We will teach you basic Boxing techniques and fitness exercises. You will be punching pads, building strong lean muscle and improving your general fitness, all the while having a blast under the sun!
